Basically to help organizations be more stategic about their future. Often caught in the vortex of current activity, leadership forgets to look down the road, and the leadership and staff are not organized to learn from each other. By a judiscious use of scenario building, followed by rethinking skills and structures, a more vital and high morale organization can emerge. See the ideal integrated model.

Scenario building by the leaership shows how much people individually know abut the future, but that the strategy of the organization does not fit this knolwedge. Buding scenarios lets a shared vison and increase appreciation of local competence emerge from the interactions.

Open Space is a way of increasing participation and understanding deeper into the organization.

Cyber Architecture means looking at the Internet and the full information architecture that supports the emerging strategy of the organiztion and the informatic support needed by the teams, internal and external to the organization. The creative use of the Internet and its rapidly expanding capacity helps create strategy and increases morale.

Personal coaching is a way for individual leaders to gain confidence and reflection on their roles and goals.
